Mural Arts Eagles Paint Day, April 28, 2014

Couldn't have asked for a better day for this year's Eagles Paint Day. It's always a joy to be a part of this beautiful event. This year I got to help paint a portrait of Frida Kahlo, hang with a bunch of adorable kindergardeners, and I got a photo with the man, #9, Nick Foles! Great day. what can i say, it was a short month but i did what i could. made some good work and good friends, not to mention i had a much needed (and extended) departure from city life. now that i'm back in brooklyn, i have to pause and show a lil' extra love to the hamlet of wassaic, new york. huge thank you to the wassaic artist residency for having me, it was wonderful! dutchess county, i see you! :) here's a last, loving look at the hamlet life..
